5th Annual general Meeting of the Trust
Crescent trust has successfully Completed 5 years of Philanthropic Service to the
Society. The Trust has conducted 5th annual General meeting on 23rd March, 2015.
The Trust has opened the current Account at south Indian Bank Marthandam. The Bank
Manager of South Indian Bank has congratulated the Philanthropic activities of the
trust. Moreover the Manager has visited the Trust office.

Audited of Account and submission of Financial Statement.
(FY-2014 -2015)
The trust has completed all Tax Formalities with government. The Trusts Books of
Account has been audited by JPR associates and the Tax return has been submitted
to the Income tax Authorities as per the Trust and Societies Act. The copies of
the Annual Financial Statement of the trust have been circulated to the Trustee
and the members of the Trust. The Tax Submission report of the trust has been kept
for the verification purpose by the competent authorities.

Inauguration of Crescent Care Center-“A complete Community
Care to Cure”
The Chairman of the Trust Dr.Shahul Hameed has initiated the Trust Members to Launch
Free Diagnostic and Community Healthcare Centre in collaboration with Multi specialty
hospital and Eminent doctors in the field of Cardiology, orthopedics, Gynecologist,
Diabetologist and Family medicine. As the chairman of the trust has eminent personalities
in Health care management has long social vision to serve the community with grace
of Almighty.
The camp is scheduled during the month of July,2015. The date and the time and other
activities in concern with promotion of healthcare care.
This Community care will be organized with the collaboration and support of various
clubs in and around of Ezhudesam Panjayath. This is will be one of the Mega Medical
Care Camp under the patronage of Crescent Educational & Charitable Trust. All the
trust members’ participation has been solicited in the meeting. The estimated cost
of this project will be finalized during the mid of June, 2015.

The Trust has formed
Quality Medical Equipment Supplies & Co in
the premises of Crescent Bhavan, the net profit for the firm will be distributed
for the welfare of the people. This one of the income generation project of the
Trust. With the help of this venture at least 5 to 10 employment opportunity will
be created. The Quality Medical Diagnostic Equipment Company has formed under the
sole proprietary firm and the same has been duly registered with Sales Tax act.
The Site inspection from the competent authorities from Commercial Registration
has been done during the presence of the chairman. All the Trust members has welcome
this project. It will be a boosting activities of the trust, where the trust will
get independent income to serve the needy people of the society.
